Makassar Fast Track is an airport assistance desk, not the airport operator and not a government agency. We coordinate meet and assist, porter and lounge access, protocol support and ground transport at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport (UPG) through the airport’s official hospitality and lounge partners.
What we do not do
There is no commercial immigration or customs fast-track lane at UPG. Every passenger clears immigration, customs and security personally; our staff can only accompany, guide and carry. Police escort (patwal) for road movements is arranged only through the official channel and is always subject to approval by the relevant authority; we never quote a fixed price for it.
Prices
Prices on this site are partner listings, each marked with the source and the month it was checked. They are indicative “from” figures; your written quotation from our desk is the only binding price.
How we are paid
You book with our desk. Where a service is delivered by a licensed partner we quote that partner’s published rate and state any coordination fee before you confirm.
